About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Network Operator to monitor, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity operations, network administration, and incident response, ensuring the integrity and resilience of our digital assets.
The role requires expertise in network security, intrusion detection, and compliance frameworks while working closely with SOC, IT, and DevSecOps teams to prevent, detect, and mitigate cyber threats.

🔹 Responsibilities:
✅ Network Security & Cyber Defense:
Monitor and defend enterprise networks against cyber threats using firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to identify security gaps.
Implement and maintain Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and best cybersecurity practices.
✅ Threat Detection & Incident Response:
Investigate security incidents, analyze attack patterns, and execute response plans.
Develop and deploy automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to detect and mitigate threats.
Collaborate with SOC and Red/Blue Teams to enhance detection capabilities.
✅ Network Operations & Optimization:
Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, VPNs, switches, and cloud-based security services.
Support secure network design, segmentation, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with NIST, DoD 8570, CMMC, ISO 27001, and FISMA security frameworks.
✅ Security Compliance & Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on network security posture, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts.
Ensure security best practices align with government, military, and enterprise regulations.
Provide cybersecurity training and awareness for IT teams and end-users.
Requirements
Network Security: Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
Networking Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VLANs, and routing.
Cybersecurity Tools: SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), endpoint security, and vulnerability scanners.
Incident Response: Handling network breaches, log analysis, and threat hunting.
